Get the full sushi-making experience with Chef Wone Hung Jack in this hands-on cooking class. From filleting fresh fish to making the perfect sushi rice, you'll practice professional techniques for a variety of sushi styles.
Begin by learning the intricacies of preparing raw sashimi and nigiri as you slice salmon and tuna, then master the art of an inside-out avocado roll. Next, add some flare to your sushi repertoire by rolling a spicy tuna sushi cone, known as temaki. To top off your sushi lesson, add maple to custardy pots de crème for a sweet twist on dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with Jack. He was very personable and professional and shared his 15+ cooking experience with us. We could have easily extended this session for another 3 hours. We highly recommend Jack and his sushi cooking class and will definitely book again.

This experience was very exciting, tasty and educational. My family and I loved every minute of it. Chef Jack is very knowledgeable and knows how to create amazing tastes in the kitchen. Everything was super delicious and we learnt how to do it for ourselves next time. Thank you again Chef Jack for sharing your skills and for making my birthday celebrations very memorable!
