Begin by learning the intricacies of preparing raw sashimi and nigiri as you slice salmon and tuna, then master the art of an inside-out avocado roll. Next, add some flare to your sushi repertoire by rolling a spicy tuna sushi cone, known as temaki. To top off your sushi lesson, add maple to custardy pots de crème for a sweet twist on dessert.
