Cooking Class - Authentic Jamaican Feast

You don’t need to travel to Jamaica to enjoy delicious and traditional cuisine.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll explore the tropical islands as you learn about ingredients and techniques custom to classic favorite Jamaican dishes. Delve into the culture and vibrance of Jamaican cuisine as well as the many bold flavors that make this fare so unique.

First, create a salad finished with homemade mango-Dijon vinaigrette as well as a spicy pumpkin and chicken soup. For the main course, you’ll learn how to stuff red snapper with fresh vegetables for the perfect oven-roasted dish before crafting an authentic rum fruitcake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
