Cooking Class - Sourdough Workshop EDIT


Get an in depth and hands-on look at sourdough in all its glory! Learn how to make, maintain, feed and care for your own sourdough starter and then how to use it to create delicious baked goods. Learn how to make a basic white sandwich loaf, Sourdough buns, Pizza dough and artisanal loaves.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
