Cooking Class - Flavors From Around the World
Chef John will teach you how to prepare a four-course menu featuring a multitude of flavor profiles, cooking techniques and ingredients hailing from four different corners of the world.
Some of the flavors and dishes you can look forward to discovering in this class include melt-in-your-mouth Mexican coffee-rubbed short ribs with maple and chocolate, mango-glazed pork filet with Bombay-spiced potatoes, tender and flakey Malaysian poached cod with rice noodles and crispy basil and Thai lemongrass and basil panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
