In this hands-on class with Chef Natalia, you will learn the basics of the art of making pasta, with multiple pasta recipes that serve as the foundation of a number of show-stopping dishes — including dessert!
Chef Natalia will begin by teaching you how to handcraft soft, pillowy ricotta gnocchi bathed in a sumptuous brown butter sauce. Then, you will learn how to handcraft cavatelli pasta using seminola flour as well as a vibrant homemade batch of pesto. Lastly, you will prepare pasta fritters with hazelnut sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
