She will treat you to slow-roasted Italian meats, salty cheeses and fresh produce. Begin with a classic antipasto platter before indulging in scintillating bruschetta on homemade flatbread. For the main course, enjoy crispy pork belly alongside potatoes and green beans layered in Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Finish the meal with a modern take on ricotta cannoli with dark chocolate and pistachios.
