Chef Riccardo is ready to serve you a special Italian meal in this private chef experience. Sample the flavours of the Old World in a meal made for sheer indulgence. You'll enjoy fresh bruschetta, a rich rigatoni topped with slow-cooked lamb ragu, and comforting stuffed pork belly with rosemary potatoes. For dessert, experience a decadent tiramisu made in the tradition of Italy's master chefs.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Riccardo wad very professional and friendly. He explained his ingredients and methods very well and provided very good quality ingredients. The session was easy enough for both beginners to learn and the more experienced chef to challenge themselves. Would recommend as a date night or as a group activity

It was great to see pasta made the old fashioned way, by hand! Chef Riccardo talked us through each step and not only that, he also explained why certain steps are so important for the pasta dough to turn out perfectly. It was a great experience taught by a very knowledgeable and outgoing chef. That's a big thumbs up from me!!

His ongoing passion for cuisine keeps him eager to learn new skills and different types of culinary methods to continually expand his knowledge. Having held many roles, such as chef de partie, private chef and head chef, Chef Riccardo's culinary experiences are focused around smart technique, immersive teaching and fresh ingredients.
