This hands-on cooking class with Chef Alisha will show you how to create Thai dishes thoughtfully prepared in gluten-free form. It's an inclusive meal that addresses dietary limitations without sacrificing flavor.
You'll begin with chicken lettuce wraps, warmly seasoned with ginger and garlic. Create vegan Thai green curry with fresh garden vegetables served over steamed rice and a purple cabbage salad topped with peanut sauce. And for dessert, whip up a vegan coconut and pineapple ice cream for a tropical treat everyone can enjoy.
