Under the guidance of Chef Shriram, you'll practice the foundational skills of French cooking in this hands-on cooking class. Using simple, high-quality ingredients, you'll compose the chef's menu of beloved French dishes.
While creating traditional dishes like tartare de filet boeuf and chicken cordon bleu, you'll learn how to work with a variety of proteins and preparations. To enhance seafood skills, construct an impressive lobster thermidor, utilizing rich brandy and fresh herbs. For a sweet finish, prepare a classic French dessert: A creamy, caramelized crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Shriram showed me how to use rice paper for the first time. He stuffed them with vegetables and prawns (large shrimp). They turned out to be a delicious appetizer. The steps were clearly demonstrated and explained during each step of the process. We were laughing and talking during the class. He made it enjoyable and interesting.
