Savor modern preparations of classic dishes in this private chef experience. Begin with a curated meat and cheese selection, fried gnocchi and grilled vegetables. Next is a regional favorite: Gramigna pasta, served with spinach, basil and Italian sausage in a creamy tomato and cheese sauce. For the entrée, chicken escalope with mushrooms and toasted breadcrumbs. End the meal with layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone in a beautiful tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I recently attended a cooking class with Chef Gianni. The class truly unraveled the secrets of crafting Tagliatelle from scratch and pairing it with a Mushroom Brandy Sauce, all elegantly presented within a Parmesan basket. This culinary adventure left me in awe and reignited my passion for experimenting in the kitchen!
