Discover the best of Southeast Asia with this scratch-made menu showcasing vibrant, local flavors. Begin with seasoned beef tataki atop a crunchy radish salad. Next up, honey, soy and sesame glazed pork skewers with steamed rice, and a kale and miso salad to cleanse your palate. The meal ends with a velvety smooth and rich chocolate mousse topped with berry compote and whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The class truly unraveled the secrets of crafting Tagliatelle from scratch and pairing it with a Mushroom Brandy Sauce, all elegantly presented within a Parmesan basket.
