Chef Rich wasn't always a consummate culinary craftsman. His work life began as he followed his father's path into the world of construction. Eventually, he was drawn toward culinary instruction, a profession practiced by his mother. After gaining experience providing stunning fare for corporate events and working as a private chef in the south of France, Chef Rich now has his feet planted squarely in London, in the kitchen, right next to his family.
