Immerse yourself in classic French flavors and rich ingredients in this cooking class.

Let Chef Subhash lead you through a spectacular hands-on culinary experience as you learn how to prepare several French dishes completely from scratch using time-honored kitchen techniques.

You'll start by preparing a soup teeming with chestnuts and boosted with shallots, heavy cream and butter. For the main course, cook chicken in a mouthwatering white wine sauce with crème fraîche and fresh herbs, and side pairings of green bean almondine and silky mashed potatoes. End on a decadent note as you bake chocolate fondant, served with rich honeycomb ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Just back from this cooking experience and we are delighted with it. Chef Subhash and his family made us feel very welcome in their lovely home and the food was absolutely delicious. We have learned some new dishes to try out at home and also some very handy tips. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Chef Subhash was welcoming and approachable and went through each step thoroughly. It was a great experience and I enjoyed it very much. I especially appreciated being taught how to make pasta the "quick" way which makes it more practical to take away and apply at home.
