Learn how to create a variety of traditional Chinese recipes as taught by Chef Subhash.

Discover how to make your favorite classic Chinese dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Subhash will guide you through the process of cooking up tempting spicy and sweet concoctions of Chinese origins.

Start your culinary journey by learning how to prepare sticky baked chicken wings with chili garlic sauce and ginger. Next, stir fry egg fried rice with chili-infused chicken and a side of prawn crackers and lightly sautéed vegetables. End with the sweet creamy taste of coconut milk, lemongrass, pineapple and ginger.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Just back from this cooking experience and we are delighted with it. Chef Subhash and his family made us feel very welcome in their lovely home and the food was absolutely delicious. Chef Subhash was welcoming and approachable and went through each step thoroughly. It was a great experience and I enjoyed it very much. I especially appreciated being taught how to make pasta the "quick" way which makes it more practical to take away and apply at home.
