Discover a variety of traditional Spanish cooking techniques with guidance from Chef Subhash.

Join Chef Subhash in this immersive cooking class that spotlights a handful of culinary favorites from Spain. From appetizer to dessert, you will learn the best ingredients to use and how to skillfully infuse them into each course.

First, you'll be guided through the preparation of authentic garlic shrimp. Next, learn how to expertly cook chicken, which you'll serve with a classically smoky romesco sauce and a variety of vegetables. For dessert, Chef Subhash will teach you how to make churro dough, which you'll form and fry to perfection and top with chocolate sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Just back from this cooking experience and we are delighted with it. Chef Subhash and his family made us feel very welcome in their lovely home and the food was absolutely delicious. We have learned some new dishes to try out at home and also some very handy tips. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Chef Subhash was welcoming and approachable and went through each step thoroughly. It was a great experience and I enjoyed it very much. I especially appreciated being taught how to make pasta the "quick" way which makes it more practical to take away and apply at home.
