Cooking Class - Essential Breads 101
Learn how to handcraft four different bread recipes completely from scratch in this bread-baking class with Chef Henry. You'll learn a variety of techniques as you make sourdough, flatbread and more.
First, prepare garlic pizza bread baked until golden brown and crispy. Then, make the perfect flatbread and homemade hummus to dip into, and learn the secrets to making tangy sourdough bread and pile it high with Thai prawns flavored with chili and coriander. For dessert, a sweet brioche bread pudding with pears and chocolate.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
