In this cooking class, you'll craft three decadent recipes featuring juicy cuts of meat cooked with flavors worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Chef Henry will teach you the secrets to perfectly cooking beef, lamb and duck with a variety of fresh ingredients.
Begin by preparing thinly sliced beef carpaccio with mustard and fresh peppercorns. Then, learn how to give lamb the perfect sear by pan frying it with mint and potatoes roasted with aromatic rosemary. The second entrée is a perfectly roasted, duck à l'orange with a velvety citrus sauce followed by crème brûleé for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
