Cooking Class - A Study in Italian Cookery
Chef Adam will take you on a journey in this hands-on cooking class to discover how to prepare a handful of traditional dishes from Italy, including handmade pasta and an authentic dessert.
Begin by thinly slicing raw salmon, which you'll pair with citrus fruit and olive oil. Then, learn how to make hand-rolled pappardelle pasta with a tomato and red wine-infused beef ragu sauce, and top toasted ciabatta with an olive oil, garlic, tomato and fresh basil blend. For dessert, layer velvety tiramisu with hints of coffee and amaretto.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
