Cooking Class - Signature Spanish Flavors of Catalonia
During this hands-on cooking class, Chef Adam will take you on a culinary journey where you'll master Catalan cuisine by preparing handmade dishes from appetizer to dessert.
Start by making a typical Spanish tapa called pan con tomate — or bread topped with olive oil, tomatoes and exquisite serrano ham. Then, you'll learn how to make a stunning chicken and prawn paella teeming with Spanish saffron and green peppers, and a homemade aioli. For dessert, you'll cook a creamy crema catalana made with milk, eggs, sugar, orange and a hint of cinnamon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
