Cooking Class - Sushi Workshop

Learn the beautiful and delicate art of sushi making in this Japanese cooking class.

Join Chef Dolma as she shares the secrets to sushi making during this engaging, hands-on workshop. You'll prepare a selection of her favorite Japanese dishes, which she's spent the past decade perfecting.

You can look forward to preparing tuna tartare as well as three delicious rolls: Fresh salmon and avocado, spicy salmon and tuna, and soft crab futomaki. As you make and enjoy your sushi, you'll sip on a matcha tea beverage, prepared with either milk or water.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dolma is a talented sushi chef. She showed me how to make a beautiful sashimi salad and how to properly slice the fish. If you are a sushi lover like myself, I highly suggest Chef Dolma.
