In this private chef experience, Chef Juliane prepares a savory spread showcasing regional ingredients and traditional Italian cooking styles. She will treat you to slow-roasted Italian meats, salty cheeses and fresh produce. Begin with a classic antipasto platter before indulging in scintillating bruschetta on homemade flatbread. For the main course, enjoy crispy pork belly alongside potatoes and green beans layered in Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Finish the meal with a modern take on ricotta cannoli with dark chocolate and pistachios.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
