Roma Norte Cooking Class - Mexican Feast

Explore a Mexican market and craft authentic Mexican cuisine.

You will be immersed in Mexican culture and cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you the recipes and techniques to craft a four-course feast. First, cook sopes, a masa base topped with beans, salsa, cream and cheese.

Then, learn how to make the perfect tamale stuffed with cherry tomatoes and beans with a drizzle of spearmint dressing. Craft a soft and flaky corn bread from scratch and a traditional spicy white mole sauce.

This class includes a market tour to Mercado de Medellin, which is within walking distance. The duration of the cooking class + market tour is 4.5 hours.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
