Learn how to prepare a green sauce using jalapenos and lime and a ranchera sauce infused with Serrano chili and tomatoes. Finish with a mango and chili Manzano sauce using ingredients such as mango, garlic, purple onions and a variety of chilis, including habanero, pasilla, chipotle and morita.
