Cooking Class - Signature Fare of Mexico

Explore Mexican cuisine through the flavors of street food and home-cooked meals in this engaging cooking class. Led by Chef Lorenza or an expert resident chef, you'll craft three stunning dishes that will give you a classic taste of Mexico.

To begin, you'll craft quesadillas de queso with corn tortillas and creamy Oaxaca cheese. Next, make tlacoyos, masa harina pockets filled with refried beans and tangy cactus. The final dish you'll create are chicken chalupas featuring a crispy shell filled with tender shredded chicken topped with a zesty salsa verde.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
