In this hands-on class with Chef Fernanda, you will learn how to prepare an impressive three-course brunch menu using an array of plant-based, gluten-free ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class with Chef Fernanda include a creamy açaí bowl with berries and peanut butter, smoked carrot lox with a gluten-free bagel and cashew cream cheese, a flavor-packed tofu and Soyrizo breakfast taco, and cashew cream queso.
