Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Enjoy a delightful menu with some of the most iconic flavors of Milan.
Relax as Chef Imma creates an iconic meal for you to enjoy in this private chef experience. First, indulge in Italian croquettes, creamy on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. Then, savor expertly braised osso buco on a colorful bed of saffron risotto infused with white wine. For dessert, the chef will serve Meneghina apple cake and Barbajada, a traditional Milanese drink of chocolate and coffee.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Imma is a classically trained culinary master; originally from Nigeria, she skillfully creates delicious Afro-Italian inspired meals. She is a very friendly and entertaining Chef and students will leave the class feeling empowered to recreate her amazing menus!

Chef Imma has a storied history in the culinary industry. With a master's degree in food and beverage management and a degree from the Chef Academy of London, Chef Imma is well-educated in the craft. Having worked in two of London's top restaurants and writing recipes for an online publication, Chef Imma has learned how to create flavorful meals and now teaches others to create well-made food that warms the soul.
