Esteemed Chef Fabrizio will use his culinary expertise to create decadent fare of three wholesome dishes. You'll start your evening with an Italian classic, the insalata di Luccio, made with fresh fish, white wine, and carrots and celery. Then, swirl your fork in a heaping plate of freshly made tagliatelle pasta before indulging in a lovely, creamy chocolate mousse with raspberry.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
