Prepare Tuscany’s favorite dishes in this engaging hands-on cooking class. Chef Federica will equip you with masterful culinary techniques and exciting recipes for a classic rustic meal.
Begin with a beloved antipasto dish: Crostino di pâté with crispy bread and warm chicken spread. For your entrée, create homemade tortellini filled with sausage and showered with fresh tomato sauce. Then, prepare a homemade sformato with fresh cabbage and creamy potatoes. For dessert, craft traditional cantucci toscani with crispy almonds.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
