In this hands-on cooking class, experience vegan Italian cuisine like never before with Chef Federica. You’ll learn how to transform plant-based ingredients into mouth-watering dishes.
Begin by drizzling olive oil and balsamic over fresh tomatoes, onions and beans for a flavorful appetizer, and mix together a farro salad with juicy olives and fresh vegetables. For your main course, craft homemade potato gnocchi with a creamy basil pesto sauce. End your class by preparing a delicate apple rose pastry sprinkled with cinnamon.
