Begin by mixing refreshing fennel and orange salad drizzled with olive oil. Next, you’ll make fried tortellini noodles filled with fresh salami and creamy cheese, and prepare a classic parmigiana on the side with sliced vegetables and fresh mozzarella. For dessert, whip up a thick, creamy panna cotta infused with salted caramel and amaretti.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
