Add gourmet vegan twists to your favorite pasta dishes in this interactive cooking class with Chef Fiorella. This course teaches a variety of time-honored cooking techniques using high-quality ingredients in each dish.
Begin by sampling extra virgin olive oil that you'll couple with dried herbs and fresh tomatoes to top homemade crunchy bread. Then, Chef Fiorella will show you how to prepare two types of pasta and sauces: Fettuccine with a simple but vibrant tomato sauce and potato gnocchi paired with a nutty walnut and basil pesto. End by making another Italian classic for dessert — dark chocolate salami with vegan cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful time with Fiorella. She is a wonderful chef and taught us how to cook delicious and authentic Italian food. We learned how to make pasta with a very tasteful tomate sauce and gnocchis with pesto sauce. She also served us delicious bread from her hometown with our tomato sauce and her special chocolate dessert. She also gave us a lot of recommendation what to do and where to eat in Rome. We will definitely take another cooking class with Fiorella when we come back to Rome.
