If you’re looking for an immersive adventure for the whole family, add a private cooking class in Rome to your Italian itinerary! This lesson is reserved exclusively for your group: no other guests, just you, your friends or family and your own chef. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and plenty of Italian hospitality, in a comfortable air-conditioned classroom.

 

Enjoy the undivided attention of a local Italian chef during a fun, hands-on culinary lesson in the heart of Rome featuring three iconic Italian staples, all made from scratch: hearty lasagna, handmade fettuccine served with tomato or pesto sauce and a luxurious tiramisù. Every participant prepares their own fettuccine, their own lasagna and their own tiramisù. The chef walks you through each recipe step by step, starting with making fresh pasta dough from scratch, then rolling and cutting it by hand, with personalized tips and time-honored secrets from the Italian kitchen every step of the way.

 

After the cooking is done, sit down together to enjoy your creations, served with water, one additional drink per person and an Italian coffee to end the meal. You can dine indoors in the air-conditioned room or outside on a small veranda – the choice is yours. After the class, you’ll receive all the recipes by email so you can recreate the dishes you prepared in your home kitchen.
