Cooking Class - Signature Pasta From Italy
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Fiorella, you'll learn professional cooking techniques to make the perfect carbonara sauce and tiramisu dessert along with fresh pasta dough prepared entirely from scratch.
After creating a classic bruschetta topped with tomatoes and basil for the starter, you'll make a simple fettuccine pasta with semolina and water to pair with a rich carbonara sauce featuring cured guanciale meat, eggs and pecorino. Finally, Chef Fiorella will share her personal tiramisu recipe that's a combination of custard, mascarpone, earthly espresso and almond-scented amaretti cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
