Cooking Class - Essential Stuffed Pasta

After making a beautiful Caprese salad for your appetizer, Chef Fiorella will show you techniques for the perfect egg pasta dough, or pasta all'uovo. Then, you'll shape and fill the dough with cheese, herbs and charcuterie to create cappellacci pasta blanketed in an authentic Roman sauce, cacio e pepe. For dessert, create cannoli with the decadent flavors of ricotta and almond syrup.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
