Cooking Class - Essential Stuffed Pasta

Fresh pasta is on the menu as Chef Fiorella teaches you the basics.
Learn how to make homemade pasta dough and prepare a classic sauce in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Fiorella. You'll also master baking fresh bread and make a beloved Italian dessert.
After making a beautiful Caprese salad for your appetizer, Chef Fiorella will show you techniques for the perfect egg pasta dough, or pasta all'uovo. Then, you'll shape and fill the dough with cheese, herbs and charcuterie to create cappellacci pasta blanketed in an authentic Roman sauce, cacio e pepe. For dessert, create cannoli with the decadent flavors of ricotta and almond syrup.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful time with Fiorella. She is a wonderful chef and taught us how to cook delicious and authentic Italian food. We learned how to make pasta with a very tasteful tomate sauce and gnocchis with pesto sauce. She also served us delicious bread from her hometown with our tomato sauce and her special chocolate dessert. She also gave us a lot of recommendation what to do and where to eat in Rome. We will definitely take another cooking class with Fiorella when we come back to Rome.
