Discover stories and secrets of traditional Roman cooking with Chef Davide.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Davide shares time-honored traditions and techniques to make fresh Italian pasta. Using local ingredients, you will prepare two different pasta styles, including fettuccine and ricotta ravioli along with savory, Roman-style sauces.

Begin with a classic antipasto platter before Chef Davide guides you through the process of making fresh pasta dough. Once you have learned to roll, cut and fill your pasta, learn to make amatriciana sauce with tomatoes, bacon and Romano cheese as well as a buttery and herbaceous burro ed erbe sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My mom, my best friend and I took Chef Davide's pasta-making class together and we had the best time! He is engaging, thorough and a joy to watch and listen to. Chef Davide is first and foremost a very, professional chef, yet he is relaxed and gives clear instructions. His enthusiasm to cook was inspiring. I can highly recommend him for an authentic pasta making lesson.
