Cooking Class - Homemade Pasta and Roman Sauce
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Davide shares time-honored traditions and techniques to make fresh Italian pasta and gelato. Using local ingredients, you will prepare gelato from scratch and hand-rolled fettuccine along with a savory Roman-style sauce.
Begin with a classic antipasto platter before Chef Davide guides you through the process of making fresh pasta dough and a mouthwatering gelato. Start by gently mixing the gelato cream before you learn to knead, roll and cut your pasta. Finish the class by learning how to craft a hearty lemon ricotta and tomato sauce.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
