We made homemade pasta with tomato sauce and panna cotta. I received this as a gift from my daughter to perfect my panna cotta skills. It was a delightful way to spend a snowy evening. Davide was fabulous! He gave clear directions and walked us through each step. He has a great personality for teaching & was funny and witty. I enjoyed a few laughs. Just can’t say enough positive about this fantastic lesson. Food was delicious and I finally know the secret to a great panna cotta. Win win!

Today I made homemade fettuccini, homemade basil marinara, and homemade panna cotta! I can’t even begin to explain how simple and WONDERFUL this experience was! Chef was thorough, calm, and precise with his instructions! It moved like a symphony in perfect tune!!! I wish I were able to recommend this class to EVERYONE! If leaving this review is all I can do, I give it 15 out of 10 stars!!! This class has given me the confidence to up my personal cooking to another level! THANK YOU CHEF for everything today! My wife literally cried when she tried my Panna cotta!!! All because YOU taught me how!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! This was the GREATEST Christmas gift I could have possibly received!!! I’m not a chef, I’m a cook! And this class just kicked me up a notch!!! Nothing but praise and admiration!!! Salute!!!
