In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Davide will teach you time-honored techniques to elevate the quintessential Italian dish: Spaghetti and meatballs. Along with this classic dish, round out your meal with a traditional appetizer and dessert.
Chef Davide will guide you as you prepare hearty Italian meatballs over handmade spaghetti for the centerpiece of the meal. To accompany the dish, you will make crunchy cacio e pepe crostini with Romano cheese and cracked black pepper. For dessert, enjoy a beloved Italian treat: Sweet and silky vanilla panna cotta.
