In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Laura, you'll discover why the Mediterranean diet has long remained the world's most popular way of eating. You'll learn useful culinary techniques while discovering impressive, flavorful regional dishes that are easy to recreate at home.
You'll start by creating a salad packed with diverse flavors, including that of creamy goat cheese, salty sunflower seeds and citrus. Then, you'll make a tasty stuffed cannelloni with salmon, avocado and tangy mango. Next, whip up a tomato-Parmesan tart and a delightful three-ingredient chocolate mousse.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
