We prepared wonderfully delicious tapas and learned a wealth of useful techniques, including how to handle fish properly, how to smoke dishes at home with ease, and many other helpful skills. The environment was fantastic, and the chef was incredibly friendly and eager to involve us fully so we could absorb every new tip and skill.

Chef Antonio exceeded all my expectations! Everything went very smoothly and pleasantly, the dishes were incredibly tasty and it was very interesting to learn the nuances of their creation. I especially want to highlight the Spanish Omelette - the delicate texture and taste made me feel at home. The relaxed atmosphere and active conversation created a wonderful atmosphere. Now Antonio is on the list of my favorite chefs, he showed high professionalism and friendliness and I will definitely come back for a new experience again

It was an amazing experience. The Chef Antonio was very professional , and we learnt how to refine our technique for making Spanish tortilla,as well as preparing octopus and mojo rojo.
