Cook an Asian-inspired menu completely from scratch with Chef Christophe.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn professional techniques to make four gourmet Asian-inspired dishes, and culinary tips from Chef Christophe for handling each ingredient with skill.

Begin by preparing an Asian-style quinoa salad studded with mandarin oranges, spinach and cashews, and soft goat cheese balls with roasted sesame seeds, ginger, wasabi peas and fig coulis. For the entrée, Chef Christophe will show you how to cook a Korean-style pork tenderloin with soy sauce, honey and lime and served with rice. For dessert, you'll flambé lychee and pineapple with Grand Marnier.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Christophe is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and a calm presence in the kitchen. His menu was as described and he talked through all the dishes answering all our questions. He also let us sit and enjoy the company while he cooked. Would have back again.

After graduating from culinary school, Chef Christophe went on to work as a chef in Paris and Montreal before settling in New York where he currently lives and works.
