Team Building Activity - Fresh Italian From Scratch

Learn the art of making homemade pasta with fresh ingredients.

In this hands-on team building activity, you'll make a traditional Italian meal under the guidance of Chef Jayne. First, you'll learn how to make a crispy bruschetta topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh ricotta. Then, make fresh pasta for a spaghetti carbonara using eggs and olive oil. Work together to make a traditional Caesar salad with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and homemade croûtons. Make a decadent chocolate cake from scratch with vanilla bean ice cream as a sweet dessert. Bond outside the office while you enjoy your feast.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
