Take your team building activities in a sweet new direction with this festive seasonal duel.

Your group will get a taste of a fun, friendly rivalry in this holiday-themed cookie decorating class with Chef Mike. He'll bring the fun to you and set you up for a battle of the cookies where only the best desserts claim sweet victory.

After learning how to make decadent hot cocoa from scratch, you'll break into smaller teams to work together on transforming gingerbread cookies and sugar cookies into beautiful works of edible holiday art. Using royal icing, each group will decorate their cookies and present them on a festive cookie board to see who is crowned the winner!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Mike runs the class in a fun and entertaining manner - also is a wealth of knowledge about plant-based foods and lifestyle. He was also very accommodating and worked with us on allergies, and taste preferences. Highly recommend this class and chef! We had a great time!

Chef Travels to You

Chef Mike has experience concocting a wide range of ethnic cuisines, including Thai, Indian and Ethiopian options. For the past five years, he has led a variety of cooking workshops, but his specialty lies in crafting ethnic plant-based dishes. Chef Mike has worked in corporate test kitchens for Walmart and Campbells, and he even worked as an on-call assistant to the chef of the Canadian Prime Minister. He is eager to impart his worldly knowledge unto aspiring chefs.
