This cooking class with Chef Hamzeh will take you on a culinary adventure through France through flavor. With years of experience in French gastronomy, Chef Hamzeh will walk you through timeless secrets that make French cuisine beloved all across the globe.

Begin with a warm and comforting bowl of French onion soup loaded with caramelized onions, croûtons and Gruyère cheese floating in a slow-simmered wine and beef broth. Next, craft an herb-crusted lamb rack with Brandy-glazed carrots and buttery mashed potatoes and complete this fine menu with a lemon and raspberry meringue pie. Register now!
