Enjoy a meal that exudes luxury and indulgence, courtesy of a world-class private chef experience. Celebrate the decadence that defines French cooking with a classic meal, starting with creamy vichyssoise from roasted leeks, potatoes and thyme. A bistro classic, steak au poivre packs a punch of flavor, followed by a bright beet and citrus salad to cut through the richness. End the meal with a buttery tart of beautifully tangy blueberries, sprinkled with brown sugar.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had an incredible experience with Chef Matt and Flo for our BBQ! The food was absolutely outstanding—from the beef, chicken, and steak to the vegetables and dessert. Everything was cooked perfectly and our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. Beyond the food, they were incredibly attentive and made sure everyone was well looked after throughout the event. Chef Matt and Flo were friendly, professional, talented, and so easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make the day special. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing private chef experience!

We had a great evening with Chef Mat. He was knowledgeable, professional, and keen to share his techniques. He brought everything he needed, prepared amazing food and left the kitchen spotless. We learned a lot and had fun. Highly recommend for an engaging evening that’s a welcome change from dining out.
