Chef Mat is absolutely amazing. He is so kind, personable, and funny—he also taught us some great tips and tricks! The food was incredibly delicious. Every course was prepared beautifully and we couldn’t believe how yummy everything was. Just perfect flavour combinations. We also have so many amazing leftovers!!! Thank you Chef Mat for making my partner’s birthday extra special. I would highly recommend booking an experience with Mat and am recommending him to all my friends and family!!!

We did a team building cooking class with Chef Mathieu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the class. We learned several new techniques that we can bring to our own home kitchens, the class was very hands on and interactive, and the food that we cooked was really delicious. Everyone on my team had a great time and we would totally do it again!

Whether you’re new to cooking or not, this experience is a gem. Chef Mat is warm, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly an artist in the kitchen. 10/10 – we’d happily do it again!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending the evening with Chef Mathieu, who welcomed us into his kitchen and guided us through the art of Mexican cooking. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, engaging, and full of energy. He was a fantastic teacher and host. We learned to prepare everything from handmade tortillas to flavorful salsas, and of course, classic favorites like churros. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for something fun, educational, and delicious!

Tonight was our first ever cooking class, and I have to say i’m happy that was able to experience it with Chef Mat! From the moment you walk into his place, he makes you feel comfortable and entertained. His personality and presence makes the term “never a dull moment” an understatement. His knowledge and ability to lead, while keeping everyone engaged is top notch. I encourage anyone who is considering to book his class… just do it! I promise you won’t regret it. Chef Mat was just the kind of person you hope to get when you sign up for a class like this - talented, knowledgeable, personable, professional. He reads the room and elevates the vibe with humour, sharing his own stories, a great playlist etc. He facilitated the group so that everyone could try doing a bit of everything, and gave some great, practical tips for us to use at home. The food itself was excellent, and the menu was very thoughtful - it felt elegant and special, but was actually very simple and easy to replicate again on our own, which was appreciated. HIghly recommended this class, it was a super fun way to spend a Friday night!

This class was an absolute blast! Chef Mat was super knowledgeable and the experience really fun. The food we made was some of the best we’ve had. Chef Mat was awesome! My fiancé and I had such a fun time chatting, learning, and getting our hands dirty. Mat was great at making cooking feel like it can be accessible to everyone (no pasta machine or fancy equipment necessary) and he had great tips for beginner cooks like us. I'm definitely less intimated to make fresh pasta and more complex dishes on my own now. He was very timely and efficient with the prep work! This is a perfect date night activity or any occasion to have a delicious meal and learn how to make it.

We had such a great experience with Chef Matt. There were six of us adults plus a baby and a puppy and I had no idea how someone could create a cohesive meal with us operating under such chaos, but he did! All while making us laugh and helping create a delicious birthday that we will always remember.

We enjoyed this class very much! Chef Matt is a great teacher! He showed us how and then let us do the work. He gave us so many tips and techniques that we’ll be able to use at home to make meal prep easier and he explained why these techniques work. He was funny and very genuine and the food we cooked together was delicious! We would highly recommend this class!

My girlfriend and I had a great time cooking with Chef Mathieu. You can tell immediately he has a passion for cooking and teaching others from his stories about his family, the industry, and teaching people from all age groups. He was patient and thorough with instructions, and always explained why we were doing things which helps you appreciate the final product more. He's also a fun guy to be around. Always cracking jokes and laughing, making us feel very comfortable in his home. 10/10 super fun date night.

Chef Mathieu was really great and we had an awesome time there! The food was really good, even though we had some smalls changes in the menu, everything was delicious! Specially the squid :)
