First, enjoy a savory soup with pumpkin, ginger and creamy coconut milk. Then, try blackened catch-of-the-day fish showered in fresh mango salsa and sided by sweet potato casserole and seasoned oven-roasted vegetables. For dessert, dig into a bread pudding infused with warm rum and vanilla ice cream.
