This private chef experience includes a flavorful journey through some of Italy's most iconic dishes. Begin your meal with toasty bruschetta accented by green olives. Then, indulge in the rich texture of handcrafted gnocchi coated in your choice of sauce: Butternut sage or bright tomato basil. Your side options include asparagus with a fruity punch of pomegranate or garlicky green vegetables with pine nuts. Finally, end with the sweet treat of classic crème brûlée.

A delightful evening. Chef Burcu was inviting, tranquil and generous. Our small group of 4 learned and shared much about Turkish cuisine and the country in general.

Educated in the arts of French cuisine, chocolate confection and cake design, she has held positions as a food server, chef and executive chef in restaurants and hotels across Turkey and Canada — she has even owned a pasta-making company. Chef Burcu specializes in French and Mediterranean cuisine and is excited to share her knowledge and skills as a culinary instructor.
