Enjoy the flavors of France with this classic French menu.

In this private chef experience, Chef Burcu brings authentic French flavors to your dining table through several skillfully prepared dishes, beginning with an appetizer of vol-au-vent, an elegant bite of puff pastry stuffed with spinach and feta. For the main dish, the chef will serve volaille fermière cuisinée en cocotte, a dish of tender chicken stuffed with provolone cheese and vegetables. On the side, enjoy a green salad with sour cream sauce and savory rice with mushrooms. Dessert is refreshing frozen white chocolate nougat with raspberries, almonds and pistachios.

Chef Burcu is highly skilled, knowledgeable and *patient* as she led us through the steps of making this delicious three course meal. The bulk of the time is spent making the ravioli pasta, which I’ve never done before and am now inspired to try on my own. The final meal was so delicious, we are stuffed to the gills. Thank you for inviting us into your home for a lovely evening. I would definitely recommend this class for a “date night” or small group of friends.

Educated in the arts of French cuisine, chocolate confection and cake design, she has held positions as a food server, chef and executive chef in restaurants and hotels across Turkey and Canada — she has even owned a pasta-making company. Chef Burcu specializes in French and Mediterranean cuisine and is excited to share her knowledge and skills as a culinary instructor.
