Private Chef - Classic French Cuisine
In this private chef experience, Chef Burcu brings authentic French flavors to your dining table through several skillfully prepared dishes, beginning with an appetizer of vol-au-vent, an elegant bite of puff pastry stuffed with spinach and feta. For the main dish, the chef will serve volaille fermière cuisinée en cocotte, a dish of tender chicken stuffed with provolone cheese and vegetables. On the side, enjoy a green salad with sour cream sauce and savory rice with mushrooms. Dessert is refreshing frozen white chocolate nougat with raspberries, almonds and pistachios.
