Private Chef - Gourmet French Cooking
For this private chef experience, Chef Burcu has fashioned a creative and elegant meal inspired by classic French dishes. You'll dine on three courses of flavorful French fare prepared just for you by the chef. Begin the meal with a starter of beet ravioli with a goat cheese cloud and peppery arugula. For the entrée, you will be served a salmon steak encrusted with fresh herbs and crispy breadcrumbs, paired with your choice of puréed or roasted potatoes. To end your gourmet dining experience, enjoy a decadent dark chocolate soufflé.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
