Create Dubai chocolate desserts in this cooking class with Chef Diana.

In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make the viral Dubai chocolate dessert from scratch with Chef Giselle. Discover how to prepare a rich chocolate marshmallow base, toast kataifi dough until perfectly crisp and assemble beautiful layered treats with confidence.

You’ll create both the classic version and a strawberry variation featuring pistachio paste, white chocolate and fresh fruit. Along the way, you’ll practice techniques for building texture, balancing flavors and assembling desserts without special molds or equipment. One of our favourite things to do is to try new restaurants and go out for amazing meals. My husband is currently undergoing cancer treatment and wasn’t feeling up to going out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Not only did Chef Diana create a wonderful meal for us, she also helped create a memorable evening!

Chef Diana had prepared for us to make salmon ravioli with a white wine sauce. We also made bruschetta and tiramisu. Every detail was so eloquently explained. She was so prepared in every detail. Our experience with chef Diana could not have gone any better. She is such a delightful person and so patient with us. It was a pleasure meeting her and taking part in her cooking class. 10 out of 10

Chef Diana cooked a french cuisine menu for us. She was very efficient and the meal was delicious and prepared with much love to detail. Her pleasant personality made it a very warm and enjoyable experience. For her young age, she demonstrated much skill and knowledge and life experience. We highly recommend her.

We enjoyed a fun and informative cooking session with Chef Diana. Learning to hand roll and shape ravioli pasta was fun, and a good hand and forearm workout! The ingredients were simple, high quality and end result; worth every minute of prep! Diana was excellent at working with us to demonstrate and explain the techniques and choice of ingredients. We highly recommend Chef Diana and this tasty cooking experience to anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine.

Huge thanks to Chef Diana for an amazing experience! I joined the class to learn the secrets of choux pastry, and I was blown away by how much I learned. Such an amazing experience! Everything was super easy to follow and just really enjoyable. Chef Diana is very friendly and explains things in a simple way, so you don’t feel lost at all. Definitely recommend trying it!

I attended a masterclass hosted by chef Diana last year, where we crafted special pastries for Halloween. Despite the cold weather outside, Diana created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere during the class. I'm not very experienced in cooking, but with Diana's guidance it was surprisingly easy for me to make delicious pastries. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process enjoyable! I'd definitely recommend cooking with Diana at least once in life — it's absolutely worth your time, and it's easy to fall in love with cooking while trying new things in such a relaxed environment.
